An Epal And His Tombstone

What is this thing that I see infront of me?
Is this a crest of a royal blood prince belonging to a rich royal family?
Or is this a grave or a tombstone
with a gothic-like design and an HB inscription?
Crest? I don’t think so.
Royal Blood? More probably not.
Tombstone? Most probably so!
When I found out that the HB stands for the name of a politician,
I said to myself “Sus Mariano Ka Indo! Dito lang ba napupunta mga buwis natin?!
Stand out of my way, and I will personally embalm and bury “him”!

Bistek’s lapida? Pwede! That could become the tomb stone of Herbert Bautista, the Mayor of Quezon City.

Mahal yan! Custom made para lang sa kanya! Parang somewhat gothic pa ang design. Magandang gawing tiles sa banyo to ah!

HB? Heber Bartolome? Ano ba yan Hawak Barbel?! Hoy, Bansot!…is that what the initials stand for? or, Hari ng Buwaya? or Huwag ‘Boto? Mismo!

or, Holdaper ng Bayan? or, Hell Bound? or, Hail Bubwit? or, Horrible Bastard? Halang Bituka!

Hedge Born? or, Horned Beast? or, Hungry Baboy? Baka naman Hoy Baho!!!? Hellish Barrio ! or, Herbert Bulok? Huklubang Bansot!

Hay, Bagets? or, Handjob Bautista? Haring Bastos?

This one gives me a mental block, ah baka naman Hollow Block! Can’t really describe it. Nakakaasar! This is wrong in many levels.

Kayo talaga! Puro pulitika ang mga isipan nyo.”

Asus … Handog Sa Bayan … Utot mo! Baka Hagupit sa Bayan?… Porbida kapalmoks talaga. People are not stupid.

Ano daw? Handog saan? You know, baka naman hindi taxpayers money dinale diyan? Ano ba!!!

Seriously, this is Epal to the max. They did this to the driveway in Teachers Village where my mom and sis live. I told my Mom to have it removed because it is on private property. Imagine the rubber dinghies and other emergency equipment for national disasters these could have bought instead.

I think we should go and pay our poor and hungry kababayans P10 for each inu-TILE they turn over.

His predecessor Sonny Belmonte did the same thing with his initials. The former do-nothing Mayor naman had used “SB” all over the place and said it meant Serbisyong Bayan (who is he fooling?). Ganon yata talaga…gaya-gaya, mana-mana. HUH to the nth power!

SB did this first! Even on streets and walls all over QC! So since he was first…then he should be questioned also where he got the funds to instill his initials on all the walls and walkways in the whole of Quezon City… and now he seats as a Speaker of the House? Iyan ba ang dapat ibinoboto sa election? If you take HB out then you should do the same to SB who’s name is all over QC up to this day.

HB, SB, BS how different are they? SOB’s!

Really now. There must be a good explanation for this or there better be one! Let’s march into the QC Mayor’s office and find out. Haaaay I agree, it is too blatant. If ever this is not his handywork, then he would have had the despicable garbage removed.  He has the power to do so. Pronto!

QC na siguro ang epal capital of the Philippines. Sus!

In New Manila the side walk pavement has also this HB initial what a waste of money. If I were HB I would also carved a huge HB sign on top of Mt. Payatas so the stinking image can be seen from outer space.

This is so pathetic! Instead of paying to have his initials on tiles to be placed on public spaces maybe he should instead solve the frequent flooding and squatter problems as QC is becoming such a dump, and being in that position for over a decade, he ought to show some real progress for a change.

I would love to have a photo of another product of a clueless mind. But I think its wrong to give him credit for a mind. This is not even clueless. Its mindless. You can hang him upside down and his brain will still be in his feet!

The Metro mayors, and even Congressmen, have that nasty habit of putting their initials on light posts and other public structures. So baduy and damn “dirty”. I guess it’s a norm here in the Philippines that these politicians “mark” their projects. So people would remember what they’ve contributed and therefore it helps them get re-elected. Haaaay, FUN-ny Philippines!

That’s electioneering in disguise. The signature of the mayor on the business permit will suffice. Why the photo? Sometimes full body pa. Don’t they have any shame at all?

Parang yung dating mayor sa Baguio. He had “V” emblems put on every overpass, fly over, waiting shed put up during his time in office. It was his idea to put a concrete pine tree at the top of session road, too, of course, with this “V” on it. Thank God that abomination was removed, but the man is still in office. He’s now the current congressman of the city district. (facepalm)

It really is happening everywhere. In Pateros, they are stuck with “AMC” and who the hell is that shit with those initials. AMC. Ano ba ibig sabihin nito? Ano say ninyo? Kamag-anak ba ng ANC the News Channel?

L-inisin, I-karangal, M-aynila ang makikita sa Maynila. Sa Makati naman ay puro “B”. Sa Pasig naman dati puro EB and is reeking with Epal lamp posts. Ngayon ay puro e. Naging Eusebio country na sila. Lahat ng pwedeng lagyan ng titik “e”, meron! eeeeeeeeeeeek! e for another epal !…and who can forget the waiting sheds in antipolo na korteng “Y” ang mga gilid.

Like Congressman Golez also who put up gyms all over Paranaque and named them “Golezeum”. I would like to ask Mr. Golez if the money he used to put up these gyms are his personal funds earned in his private capacity. Because if the money comes from the Country Develop ment Fund or government funds in any form then he has no business naming them “Golezeum”.

As if there isn’t enough reason to be turned off with politicians. That long-delayed Anti-Epal bill should be implemented already. These politicians are Narcissists on an extended ego-trip, no doubt! What a waste of people’s hard-earned taxes! All local officials have become so egoistic. This is not OK even if the funding comes from their personal money because its still public property they are using as their advertisement or campaign propaganda material.

For the meantime that the bill is not yet passed, may we request the authorities to apprehend persons affixing, posting up such inscription/slogan on clear violation of “Anti-Vandalism Act of 2009”, for vandalizing government property. How can I explain this to my children? HB stands for Handog Sa Bayan, meaning “Offering to Country?” or “Dedicated to Nation?” Why will taxpayers put a dedication, addressed to themselves? It’s like sending a love note to yourself. I have seen Magnificent, Beautiful, Timeless Designed, and yet, affordable Italian Tiles…why not let Juan and Pedro have a taste of those aesthetics instead? My legal point here is VALID. Nothing personal or political. It is really, as in really, a case of Vandalism.

To all of the people who have seen similar EPAL stunts existing in their areas, please take pictures and post them on your social networks or setup an EPAL website where you can upload them for everyone to see and appreciate (and help us decide who to vote for next time).

Wouldn’t it be fun if we could bury these EPALiticians in their own personalized tombstones with their inscribed initials,….and even add in their mugshots if they like, so that everyone could see that they have been very naughty!
